Zeram is a sneaky-looking halfling in garish clothing that the gang met while they were pursuing Ellison the scribe. He owns a business called “Zeram’s River Adventures” and rented the party an enchanted boat to go up the river. When they returned to give the boat back, though, he had disappeared.
