Oleida Burral is the head of the Pious Chapterhouse in Neverwinter. Privately, she is also a member of the Harpers, a secretive organization that works to achieve peace and stability through subtle means.
The Knights of Justice first encountered Oleida during their first few weeks in Neverwinter, when Tyener assisted at the Pious Chapterhouse. Later, in S09, she asked them to help her retrieve some stolen books, leading them to investigate the Cult of the Dragon.
In S24, Kiya and Vistra agree to become agents of the Harpers.
