Balink Sparkneedle is a gnome in charge of the Sideshow Alley, a section of the Clockwork Carnival in Neverwinter. He is greedy and cunning, and conspired with the Gus and the Rat King to depose the King of Cats.
Ultimately, he pays the party to go away after the Rat King is slain and Gus is apprehended.
